Born in 1955, Jeremy Ford has been an artist all his life. He has worked as an illustrator of books, magazines, greetings cards, and in advertising. He has demonstrated for St. Cuthbert’s Paper Mill, the makers of Bockingford and Saunders Waterford Watercolour papers, and was Senior Tutor and Principal UK Demonstrator for the Michael Wilcox School of Colour.
Jeremy is one of the UK’s most popular teachers, having widely taught art classes for over 35 years. As the last President of the SAA (Society for All Artists) he is In constant demand. Jeremy demonstrates painting at many popular art events and undertakes commissions in all paint media. He travels the world teaching workshops and painting holidays, and is a popular teacher onboard P&O cruise ships. His work has been exhibited extensively, including the Royal Watercolour Society Open Exhibition and numerous other open art exhibitions. Jeremy has written books on watercolour, pastel, and gouache and has made several instructional DVD’s.
