Vouchers purchased online are redeemable when booking courses online or via telephone 01872 240567. (Please note that telephone bookings may be slow. Online booking is the quickest and easiest way to secure a course space.)

Vouchers may be extended only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Cornwall School of Art.

Lost, expired or damaged vouchers are not valid.

Please call Truro Arts Company shop on 01872 240567 if you need to transfer the voucher into credit to use in the shop.

If you have a paper voucher, bought from Truro Arts shop before 08/08/22, that you wish to use for an art course, please either call or email us the voucher code (located below the barcode). We will provide a new code that will be redeemable online.
