Course Description

Hugely popular Cornish based artist and tutor Judi Trevorrow will show students how to depict flowers in acrylics. Through a step-by-step process, she will guide you through how to create a loose style by laying down a wet background and applying overlays of details such as grasses, leaves, petals and flowers, some more loosely applied, and some constructed with brush marks. You will look at colours, techniques and how to translate the subject. The workshop will consist of demonstrations from start to finish, so if you are a beginner you won’t be lost and if you have some experience you can take as much inspiration as you need and paint more individually.
