Festive Wreathmaking with Lisa Grigsby
Course Description
Join Lisa from Down by the river florals to create a beautiful festive wreath! Using traditional methods we will create a wreath together – starting with a moss & wire base and plenty of greenery and adding decorations as the perfect finishing touch! The wreaths will look lovely adorning your front door this Christmas or for using as a table centre and also make wonderful gifts!
All materials and light refreshments are included – please just bring a pair of secateurs if you have them.
Children aged 12 and above are welcome with the supervision of an adult (both must book a space). Please note times may vary depending on group size.
Please note that students will work at their own pace so some are likely to finish earlier than others depending on the fullness of the wreath created.

With a background in lifestyle photography and styling for Cornish artists and brands, Lisa’s love of flowers kept growing leading her to train at the renowned Tallulah Rose Flower School in Bath and onto start hosting her first seasonal workshops.
Find Out MoreOur courses usually begin at 10am and end at 4:30pm, with a half an hour lunch break at around 1pm. There will also be brief morning and afternoon breaks, with free tea and coffee available in the kitchen area. At Lunch time you can make things nice and easy by pre-ordering a freshly prepared Coach House Lunch. Alternatively, you’re very welcome to bring along a packed lunch and any other refreshments you like.
On sunny days students and tutors are invited to enjoy breaktimes outside in the leafy courtyard or gardens surrounded by birdsong.
