Course Description

This workshop is aimed at those with little or no experience of watercolours and is the perfect introduction into the medium.

Kaye is excited to share some tips and techniques to help you fall in love with the fabulous medium of watercolour. You will be painting lots of small pieces, each aimed at covering a particular aspect of watercolour that will help you understand the basics.

Often watercolour is stated as one of the hardest mediums to paint with but, at the same time, it can be exciting and very rewarding! This day long course will encourage students to be bold with colour and try and let .go a bit with some wet-in-wet techniques.

Kaye aims to make her workshops fun and relaxed lots of tips along the way.

Hopefully the skills that you pick up on the day will entice you to explore further with other subjects.
